Most group coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom. This makes it easy to join from anywhere while still fostering a strong sense of community and accountability. Occasionally, hybrid or in-person options may be offered depending on the program.
Depending on the program you select, sessions are typically held either twice per month or once per month. Each session lasts about 2.5 hours. Elio also offers options with added one-on-one support and unlimited email access.
